Small Group Sessions

Join an encouraging and uplifting environment of like-minded individuals (typically 6-12 members per session). HIIT training, Strength & Conditioning, Boxing, Wellness & Recovery classes offered.

6 Week Challenge

Quick results body transformation! 6 Weeks of either 3 x per week or unlimited small group sessions coupled with full nutrition plan. Perfect to burn some quick body fat for a special event or holiday.
